Weddings

Aside from the private dining experiences that I offer, weddings have been an increasingly popular occasion that I have catered for.

I specialise in petite weddings and elopements; the main reason for this is so that we can execute a menu which focuses on the technicality of the ingredients and the dishes themselves without having to simplify for larger numbers, instead showcasing the food and produce in its truest form.

Through my relationship with numerous venues, particularly the award-winning Treseren, I have been fortunate enough to take part in a number of weddings over the years. Catering in private homes, holiday accommodation and pop up venues throughout Cornwall, offering a menu designed to cater for an intimate celebration for the newlyweds and their guests.

Like my usual dining experiences, I see designing wedding menus as a collaborative effort, taking the couple’s tastes into account and moulding the dishes around the setting with the aim of making the day as memorable and special as possible.
